Elis Ankersmit began working for the Practice-based Research Team at Aeres University of Applied Sciences in Dronten in July of 2016. She also lectures to first year students. Before her time at Aeres, she worked as a project manager at the Ontwikkelingsmaatschappij Flevoland (Flevoland Development Company) for the Agro & Food and Biobased Economy sectors.
