Violanda de Man studied Social Geography and Education Sciences at Utrecht University. She became the project manager for the research projects at Aeres University of Applied Sciences on 1 October 2022. This role fits her like a glove, as she has more than 15 years of experience as a change management consultant and as a project manager of numerous international projects in the agrifood sector. Violanda works closely with the professors and researchers in complex projects with national and international partners. She makes sure that project objectives are attained and that new subsidy application procedures run smoothly. She also works on improving the way in which Aeres approaches its projects.
