Flevo Campus is a scientific knowledge hub on urban food issues for the future. The associated research program with its professors, researchers and PhD students focuses primarily on urban food supply and healthy living in the green city. Aeres University of Applied Science Almere therefore has a prominent role as a knowledge partner at Flevo Campus.
Flevo Campus is gradually establishing itself, with the new premises of Aeres University of Applied Science Almere in the heart of the campus. Students, researchers and scientists will come together here in the near future. But also a place where residents of Almere are welcome, where companies know where to find us and where guests from home and abroad are welcomed. A 'living lab' where ideas are developed, experiments are carried out, theory and practice meet and where people are working hard to preserve nature, biodiversity and food production within the city's boundaries.
