Since November of 2022, Guido Hilgeman has been working as a research assistant in the Practice-based Research Team at Aeres University of Applied Sciences in Almere. His role is facilitating all of the professorships there, both substantively and in an organisational context. On a daily basis, he is involved in research on food, nature, water, health and the home environment. He has an MBO diploma in environmental research as well as two bachelor’s degrees: (1) Applied Biology with a specialisation in Water, and (2) secondary school teaching qualification and knowledge manager. Because of this, his work combines perfectly with his broad interest in the green sector. Every day, Guido is involved in various research programmes. In addition, he has his own projects, such as the Sustainable Progress project, called Living with Water.
